We booked a double room And got a single old mattress on some wooden pallets , there is a terrible smell from the bathroom that does not go away and it the walls and doors were covered in grime beyond what I can put into words , it reminded me of a squat house

No real ability to contact the owner in the first place, no hot water system in the first room & then paid a bit more to have that & a larger room which I didn’t need & then the hot water system stopped working & along with a dodgy AC Remote?? Fawlty Towers revisited
