The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were quite friendly. However, I don't understand why the hotel's final decision was inconsistent with what had previously been discussed and agreed upon with the staff.

A very disappointing experience. The hotel is outdated, lacks basic amenities, and is especially unsuitable for anyone working remotely. There were no working power outlets in the restaurant area near reception. The staff informed me that the hotel's Wi-Fi was not working. In the room, there was only one power outlet beside the bed. The desk was tiny, with no outlet nearby. I had to work while sitting on the bed for two days, which caused back pain that lasted several days. The bright white bedroom lighting was uncomfortable, while the yellow bathroom lighting made applying makeup difficult. The balcony was also extremely narrow. The most disappointing part was how the hotel handled our refund. We booked 7 nights but wanted to check out early because the facilities were unsuitable. To avoid making the staff uncomfortable, I simply explained that I needed to return home for personal reasons. Before checking out, I asked the staff directly about a refund. They confirmed that the hotel would approve it once they received an email from Booking.com. We checked out on the evening of the third day. The staff explained that we would be charged for 4 nights and refunded for the remaining 3 nights. I agreed, even though we would not be staying for the fourth night. However, after Booking.com sent the refund request, the hotel suddenly refused, claiming that our reservation was non-refundable. I fully understand what a non-refundable booking means. However, we only decided to check out early because the hotel staff had confirmed the refund arrangement beforehand. If they had refused from the beginning, we could have considered other options. Initially, I had no intention of leaving a negative review because the staff were quite helpful during our stay. However, the poor facilities and inconsistent handling of our refund left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and I certainly will not return!

I did not have breakfast there. There is a restaurant downstairs, and my partner and I occasionally ate there at lunchtime and dinner time. I stayed at this hotel for a total of about 11 or 12 days during this trip. The one complaint is the restaurant. During the last few days at the hotel, my partner and I decided NOT to use the restaurant again. The reason; there were a number of wild feral children (offspring of the restaurant staff) running around, screaming and making a dreadful noise; and this was happening constantly. That should not be happening in a restaurant. So, we spent out money elsewhere, and thus they lost the money that we would have spent if the restaurant had been quiet and peaceful.

Das Zimmer war nachts sehr laut durch Lieferfahrerstation auf Straße

Für den Preis war das Zimmer okay jetzt können wir einmal ein bisschen Farbe vertragen und ich sag schon auf den Stellen ausgebessert werden das Zimmer war sauber

Das Wasser auch ziemlich nach Chlor die Ausstattung vom Zimmer die Schränke könnten einmal erneuert werden sie sind leider schon in die Jahre gekommen aber für eine Nacht war das okay

Slechte kamers met erg muffe geur. Meubels waren erg oud, stoel bijna kapot. Badkamer gordijn met gaten en ook muffe geur.
