Staff members don’t speak English at all Took cash in case we lose a key, but since we were checking out very early morning -night duty guy didn’t speak any English and refused to return our 200batt because he didn’t understood us. Or pretend that he didn’t

The door lock jammed and created an issue several times. I was locked out and have to use Google translate to say the staff my issue. They gave me a temporary lock with key. I'd recommend you take a big lock and key with you. The heater did not work. The lift looks like it needs repair. Other than that you get what you pay for.
EllieTravelled as a couple · Mar 20Lovely staff, we had to be reassigned our room 3 times as we didn’t have a fridge or tv in our first one ( we didn’t mind the lady insisted on swapping us) then the second room the shower didn’t work so we ended up on the top floor and the view is actually quite nice! Not bad for a couple nights stay, nice and cheap

Der Lärm im Haus,die ganze nacht . Kein Tisch,kein Stuhl,kein Schrank . Im Badezimmer kein Glas im Fenster. Der Klimakompressor direkt vor dem Fenster.
