1. Toilet: heater not working well and water closet not flushing smoothly, tap loosen, cleanliness moderate only 2. Check out at 6am, no one at the lobby. Call also no one pick up 3. The grass never cut and the balcony not table and chairs are corroded 4. Mattress sagging and blanket is old

Cancelation request never answered and fairly expensive for one night. Loud at night and attached bathroom quite shabby (walls without paint, screws visible, shower pressure and temperature not adequate - value for money?!)
