Not helpful staff, they are very strict. Also, bad value of money. After my check out from Waldorf Astoria, I moved to Courtyard by Marriott, they was around half the price and was really helpful staff.

From the suites to the pool, gym and spa, restaurants, and bar, everything was amazing and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, but gosh! Mon and May were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience that much more special. Highly recommend!

His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. He was always warm, approachable, and willing to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, we felt more like valued guests than just visitors. Hospitality is about making people feel at home, and Nobel does exactly that. He is a true asset to Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, and we sincerely hope his outstanding dedication is recognized. Thank you, Nobel, for making our trip so special.
