ERINTravelled solo · Sep 3I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I ordered room service twice and the food was tasty, nice portions and variety.
I requested a toasted tuna sandwich from the menu but was told that they do not have tuna toasted sandwiches available. I asked for my phone to be replaced as it was not working. I had to ask also the next day, then it was replaced.

It is a beautiful hotel, but it’s not well. Maintain. they can do better.
Great value, solid hotel with lovely staff, huge lobby, decent rooms with all the amenities. A little far from e.g. BTS or MRT, with only buses (notoriously unreliable anywhere in the world), however only 2km to either Sarasak BTS and, in the opposite direction, Terminal 21 (Rama III). There's a 7-Eleven right across the road and a couple more in walking distance, a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Next time I will book directly, rather than via third-party, for the best value.
