ALL the staff were exceptional.

the room was spacious, bathroom well appointed but i would have liked a bathtub which some rooms have. Can open the windows and quite a nice view. Location is Sukhumvit 18. Very pleasant pool deck

ordinary rooftop bar. Breakfast would have been nice

L’accès proche métro. C’était assez simple pour faire Chinatown grand palais etc. Il est vrai qu’à Bangkok c’est très humide donc le linge ne sèche pas, du coup la salle de bain a un petit peu de moisissure à certains endroits mais rien de méchant. Le reste était très bien. On entant un peu le bruit de la climatisation qui se trouve sur le balcon mais dormant avec des boules quies je n’entendais plus le bruit. Le personnel était très aimable, toujours souriant et voulant vous aider. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel sans problème

Très bonne expérience + bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel, tout en restant calme. Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse. Ils nous aident avec les bagages et cela est très appréciable. J'ai commandé un taxi via la réception pour un départ à l'aéroport très tôt le matin est le service était parfait. Taxi très à l'heure et sympathique.

La chambre pouvait être assez humide mais cela parait logique au vue de l'humidité extérieure. Le petit-déjeuner est assez typique, attention si vous pensez qu'il est occidental.
