Cleanliness5.5
Multiple reviews mention dirty sheets, bathrooms not cleaned, shower problems and rooms sometimes left open or not serviced reliably — cleanliness is noticeably below average.

Numerous reports of friendly, helpful and fast staff, with several guests praising specific team members and the free shuttle; a few isolated reports of uncooperative staff or check-in issues but overall service is a strong point.

Rooms are described as comfortable and some are large with nice views, but there are complaints about odd smells, noise insulation, faulty lighting and inconsistent housekeeping.

Good amenities noted (free shuttle, pool, sauna) but issues reported with private beach access (no loungers, rough waves), broken gym equipment and limited beach seating.

The staff are lovely and always respond quickly to anything you need. The grounds are exotic and beautiful. There is an amazing pool with different depths to suit your whole family. There is a swim up bar, a front bar, restaurant and an awesome pool bar. It's nice and private and quiet but quick and cheap to get up town. We have stayed their 3 times over the years and will stay there again for sure. The 711 store is next door and is extremely affordable compared to other stays. The food is great too. I would recommend this resort. Definitely affordable if you have a big group to accommodate too.

Disappointing

The pool was great, and the restaurant was good.

It said it was beachfront and it is not beach front. You cannot swim opposite as it is too rocky. The bar in the pool was not operating which was disappointing. Pool closed early as did most of the facilities such as the massage. It was disappointing.
