In low season the hotel seams to completely go down. They close the bar at the beach.. at night they don’t turn the beach lights on. The pool was not very clean. No staff going around offering you help, services, drinks... You can only use the pool (as an adult) during certain hours. I hope that this hotel offers better quality and service in high season, and wish they would maintain high standards of service and quality along the year. I felt pretty unlucky. The food didn’t convince me either. The quality - price ratio for food is not good (I’m speaking about the thai dishes I tried.) Breakfast is a 3/10. I would give this hotel a 3/5 stars. The only thing that is genuinely good, are the bedrooms (cottages); they are very nice and clean (ac + ventilator). Definitely not a high class hotel. More a family vacation place or a corporate retreat location.

Pas de nourriture vu le faible nombre de clients, hôtel isolé, pas de tu tuc ni taxi sur l île, seuls des pickup ou on est assis comme du bétail, dommage, de plus abus des prix sur les transports, d ou pas de visite de l île, dommage

Ci hanno fatto un upgrade di camera che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Staff gentile e sorridente. Ristorante con prezzi accessibili, buono il fried rice consigliato, fanno anche una pizza discreta. Piscina grande e particolare color arancione. Spiaggia grande paradisiaca. Mini market sia all'interno del resort che fuori a due passi. Affittano i motorini. Migliorerei la colazione dolce un po' limitata per essere un 4 stelle per il resto tutto molto bene. Grazie.

พนักงานฯ มีแต่พนักงานที่อายุน้อย ให้คำแนะนำและให้คำปรึกษาได้น้อย เมื่อเกิดปัญหา เราไปพักผ่อนเพื่อผ่อนคลายแต่กลับดูเหมือนว่าเราไปติดเกาะ 😔
