Great service

This is our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much! The bed and pillows are so comfortable, making our stay very relaxing.

We were a family staying in three rooms, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, our experience was affected by our next-door neighbor, who seemed upset whenever we talked in the hallway and would bang on the door. Management also brought this to our attention, which we understand, as we were traveling with children. However, we believe the situation could have been handled more politely and respectfully. We were simply a family spending time together, and we would have appreciated a little more understanding and courtesy instead of making us feel as though we were doing something wrong.

My experience at Bangkok Saran Poshtel was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise families, particularly those travelling with children, to think carefully before booking this property. 1. Dangerous bathroom hot-water system The bathroom had an instant water heater, and the hot water was dangerously uncontrolled. The water became excessively hot, and my child was nearly burned. This was a serious safety concern that could have resulted in an injury. Safe, properly controlled hot water is a basic expectation for any accommodation, especially one welcoming families. 2. Misleading room description – no TV provided The property’s online description stated that every room had a TV, but there was no TV in our room. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual accommodation was disappointing and misleading. 3. Unsatisfactory cleanliness The cleanliness was disappointing, and the overall accommodation did not meet the expectations created by the online listing. 4. Refusal to approve a refund We booked from 30 September to 13 October 2026 but stayed for only three nights because of the safety concerns we encountered. I requested a full refund, but the property refused to approve it, relying on its cancellation policy rather than offering a satisfactory resolution. 5. Incorrect “no-show” marking Our reservation was marked as a “no-show” despite our actually staying at the property for three nights. This was inaccurate and initially raised concerns that I would be unable to leave an honest review. Booking.com has now enabled me to submit feedback, but the reservation record should still accurately reflect our actual stay. 6. The property threatened police action after I tried to resolve the complaint I contacted the property by email to explain my concerns and request a resolution. However, the property was not responding to my emails, leaving me with no satisfactory way to resolve the matter directly.

The location it's very good because you can reach boat quickly 10 minutes walking or walk more and you're close of Gran Palace, you can find different's 7'eleven in on the way if you need buy anything. The neighborhood are very quite and you can wake up at morning with the sounds of the trees!

Very clean and cozy place with delicious breakfast. Wifi is good and I had no problems with connection while working. Located in the area full of restaurants and street vendors. Took me 20 min walking to the Grand Palace. Can highly recommend.

Ottimo albergo, camera bella, funzionale e pulitissima, così come le aree comuni. Nell'area comune era a disposizione degli ospiti tè e caffè gratuiti, così come l'acqua da bere. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere Khaosan Road la sera e per visitare la città durante il giorno, grazie alla vicinanza delle fermate degli autobus. Molto utile anche la possibilità di lasciare gli zaini prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Consigliatissimo per comfort, servizi e posizione!

Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie nette kamers en goed verzorgd ontbijt. De locatie is goed, op loopafstand naar de drukke Khaosan Road.
