The room smelt of mould, when mentioned to staff, never heard back from them. The bed was very uncomfortable, on one side the spring was gone/busted/broken. The lift didn't stop on our floor. We had to stop one level up or down and walk to our floor.

The team was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The service quality was excellent, and I really enjoyed my holiday there. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back again. Thank you for the great experience!

Arredamento della camera ormai vecchio ,Non mi sono potuto fare una doccia perché non funzionava la doccia, poi mi è stato chiesto dopo aver pagato una notte la camera altri 300 bath per aver portato in camera una ragazza, senza averlo specificato prima. Pessima esperienza. Evitate se potete
