They asked money for everything.I asked for one more pillow because I sleep with 2 and they told me to pay for that. Also the behavior of a granny there is awful and rude. The bath was crazy old. For sure don't go. Choose else.
OjasviTravelled solo · Mar 24It was a really old hotel, the ceiling had cob webs.

Rochelle FTravelled solo · Mar 4This was my third time visiting Bangkok and my third stay at Swana Bangkok Hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient for exploring Bangkok, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it offers great value for money for a stay in the city. I keep coming back every time I visit Bangkok.
