Very good · based on 492 reviewsAI summaryGenerally positive due to location, spacious family rooms and good restaurant/service, but overall enjoyment slightly reduced by inconsistent housekeeping, mattress comfort and some amenity disruptions.
Cleanliness7.5
Mixed reports — some rooms cleaned daily but multiple guests report superficial housekeeping, missed replacements (tea/coffee/toilet paper), occasional debris left on floor and inconsistent wet mopping.Service9.2
Generally praised — several mentions of exceptional and correct staff and helpful restaurant service, though isolated issues (no porter at checkout, limited support at certain times) were noted.Location9.6
Consistently highlighted as a major positive — central in Kamala, very close to the beach, cafes and amenities; quieter than Patong which many guests appreciated (one note about distance from Patong by taxi).Room7.8
Rooms are spacious and family-friendly with kitchens and multiple bathrooms, but several guests reported very hard mattresses in economy rooms, some minor maintenance issues (toilet flushing, occasional cockroaches) and slightly dated areas.Amenities8.0
Good on-site restaurant and pool access for many rooms; however the main pool was reported under repair in several reviews and some guests found the pool small.Value for money8.2
Viewed as a good budget option with large family rooms and convenient location, though occasional cleanliness and mattress issues temper perceived value.Food and drink9.0
Strong positive: the on-site restaurant is frequently praised for good food, service and long opening hours; breakfast inclusion was inconsistent for some bookings.

HelenTravelled with family · Jul 6The family rooms are large in size.
Mattresses are very hard. The room needed a sweep as someone’s fake eyelashes were still on the floor. Toilet system wasn’t connected to the wall and difficult to flush.
ClydeTravelled solo · Jun 30Employees were exceptional rooms cleaned daily. Pool was great. Restaurant was very good. Opened early and stayed open late with very good food. I ate there at least twice a day.
Mattresses were not very comfortable. Very hard. We stayed in the double bedroom rooms and those mattresses were very comfortable. But in the economy rooms not very much.

алексейTravelled as a couple · Aug
EkaterinaTravelled with family · Jul 17Классная кафе прямо у входа. Очень удобно два санузла и своя кухня, номер очень просторный. Выход к бассейну.
К отелю претензий нет, но вот место расположения нас опечалило, район скучный.
