Bed was too hard for me. I had breakfast included, which was very poor for such a big hotel. Ordering food/drinks always took ages. Even when the cafe was almost empty. Eggs, and toast and some ham slices were only available to Europeans. Mainly curries and salads were served. I would have preferred some more fruit and more other options for breakfast.

Breakfast is a bit of a war zone with everyone fighting to get a seat and food. The carpet in our room didn’t look very clean (we noticed because we have a baby that currently loves to crawl!)

Door make noise when auto close but it’s the same as other hotels. It’s disturbing from another room when I sleep at night.

予約時はシングル二つしか料金面で取れなくて困ってました。入室するとシングルをくっつけたダブルになっていたのでラッキーでした。しかし、その為に枕で元々のシングルベッド間にあるコンセント、電灯のスイッチが隠されていてチェックアウトまで気付かず就寝時は電灯を付けっぱなしで寝る羽目になってしまった。結果、期間中、常に睡眠不足。 また、チェックイン時に、領収書を依頼したら、ネット予約画面からプリントアウトしてくれ！ホテルからは出せませんの一点張りで、ネット上からも出し方ごわからず困ってました。 朝食は宿泊者数に対してメニュー数も少なく，味はイマイチで美味しくない。しかし長期宿泊者？含めて、依頼すればプラスチックの箱を貰えて、ランチ分まで持って帰れる。ランチ分を控えて朝食を美味しくメニューを増やすべき。
