The bathroom and toilet grouting had mould and looked aged. The room requires a refurbishing. The towels also were more than 2 years old from the date on the tag..

I had basically stayed at the Hilton 320 Silom road, Bangkok, Thailand, from Oct 13-14 for one night, that I extended to Oct 14-Oct 15. On my October 13 to October 14 stay I stayed at room 2001 on the highest possible level the 20th floor. It was the worst possible room I have ever been in, with the worst possible condition, you can imagine ever. I mentioned to the manager the condition of the room on the morning of Oct 14, 2026, and showed the same pictures attached in this email (of the serious damage the room had been in). That room is not supposed to have been occupied at all for the condition it was in. The manager mentioned that this room will be renovated “in the future”, which surprised me that she mentioned the words “in the future” not as soon as possible. In the same morning prior to speaking to the manager, I had the worst experience in the breakfast area, the employee attending had asked me when I first showed up what my room number was to let me access the breakfast restaurant area. I mentioned it was room 2001 and when I went to the buffet and as I was just about to grab my first item on a white beautiful round big plate that same employee went after me and she’s like you have only five minutes and this whole breakfast area will be removed. I looked around and everybody else was seated down and they were eating and there was no sign for anyone to be leaving any time soon, nor any reason for this confrontational uninviting, unwelcoming way of mentioning that the food will be removed. Any normal buffet breakfast, will just start to remove the actual food items when the deadline time arrives, and when the guest see the restaurant staff approaching the breakfast area to start the preparation of removing the food breakfast buffet items the guest will just aimply get up and grab any last food items they want before the entire buffet is removed for the last time.
