a small window above the door let lots of light into the room at night. impossible to sleep. plus air-con blows straight into your face.

Plug points in ridiculous locations behind the tv and behind the bed. No headboard to the bed so pillows kept falling behind. Booked a balcony room but didn't get one.Front desk staff more interested in their 'phones than actually dealing with guests enquiries. I would never book this hotel again.
