It’s one of the best deals you could get in Chiang Mai. I highly recommend it. They also have free breakfast.

I love how every corner of the room is filled with art. The pool is really nice too. In the room we have a jacuzzi and the bed has elephant towels. The staff is really good too!

The aircon kept me awake at night. It’s really old and was too loud.

Did not meet my expectations

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but in need of maintenance. The water only gets warm not hot.

The entire building seemed to need some basic maintenance. The elevator is quite small and very slow. Paint peeling, exterior doors and windows don't open and close well. Drapes have stains on them. The exercise area is minimal in equipment and quality. Never ate in the restaurant. Location is quite remote but there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby.

Renovation works going on. Avoid staying here.

The property itself is nice and well-decorated, but unfortunately that's not enough to make up for the experience we had.

There was ongoing construction work during our stay, and drilling started at 7am, making it impossible to rest. The amount of dust in the air was so bad that my partner developed an eye infection because of it. Due to these conditions we had no choice but to check out early and leave, but the hotel refused to refund us for the second night we had already paid for, despite the fact that we couldn't stay due to circumstances entirely caused by their own renovation works. I find it completely unacceptable that they kept guest rooms open and bookable while carrying out this kind of construction work. Management handled the situation very poorly and showed no willingness to compensate us for a problem they created. Beautiful property, but the management is totally inadequate — I would not recommend staying here until renovations are finished.

Se volete dormire nella bellezza e nella tranquillità è il posto che fa per voi

Albergo incredibile, la nostra suite da sogno, lo staff gentilissimo, colazione inclusa e bar aperto tutto il giorno. Piscina e giardinetto. Tutto perfetto.
