Falta de limpieza, mala atención y problemas con el desayuno. No recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar. El internet no funcionaba en mi habitación y las instalaciones eran muy antiguas. Las sábanas estaban sucias, la cama era incómoda y nadie vino a limpiar la habitación durante mi estancia. Además, el baño se llenaba de agua. Reservé porque el anuncio de Booking indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido. El primer día aparecía en la lista y pude desayunar sin problemas, pero el último día me dijeron que debía pagarlo aparte. Cuando pedí una explicación, el personal de recepción fue muy grosero, me trató muy mal y no me ofreció ninguna solución clara. Me sentí incómoda y poco respetada. Pagué por un servicio y esperaba condiciones adecuadas de higiene y una atención respetuosa. Mi experiencia fue muy desagradable. No volvería a hospedarme aquí ni recomendaría este hotel.
