Got rudely woken up by a pool event at 7.30am on a Saturday morning!!!

This hotel decided to rent out its pool space for a "pilates on water" event on a Saturday morning that went on for about 2-3 hours WITHOUT informing the guests in advance! The said pool is not only INDOOR but it's located right in the centre of the hotel, surrounded by ALL the guest rooms. Imagine our shock when we were rudely awakened at 7.30am by loud noises, followed by an hour long screechy "mic test". All the guests had to endure this inconsiderate chaos that seemed to go on forever without any warning or compensation! This incident alone is enough to warrant a negative review for our rather pricey stay, but that's not all. The beds were very uncomfortable and unstable. They felt more like extra large "extra beds" with wheels that would roll around at the slightest nudge. The mattress and pillow were very firm. The room was very spacious but not the most practical with little to no table / storage space. We were supposed to return next month, but after this trip, we cancelled our upcoming bookings even before checking out of the hotel!

Great overall design and very clean throughout the hotel. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. The Wi-Fi could be faster and more reliable. Longer pool opening hours would be appreciated.

Very strategically located, not within the crowded area (One Nimman) yet close enough to walk there. Especially love the clean aesthetics and the room smells really good and bedsheets are clean. They even offered complimentary beer in the room, daily 5-7pm happy hour with free flow wine, ice cream and snacks. Love how the staff are all friendly and helpful.

參加LingOrm清邁見面會選擇離會場近的飯店，令人驚艷的泳池，房間爲簡約設計，雖然照片看起來寬度像沙發，但實際上很寬敞喔，睡起來很舒服，隔音也比想像中好，往北走10分鐘即可到達One Nimman熱鬧的百貨區，非常方便，客房清潔人員還折了

Tolles Hotel mit einem durchdachten Konzept. Das Gebäude ist architektonisch ein Meisterwerk in dieser Nachbarschaft, und die Öffnung oberhalb des Pools erinnert mich an das Pantheon in Rom. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, hell und sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einem stimmigen Konzept
