The breakfast’s are brilliant with a choice of eggs / omelettes which are freshly cooked on request. The hotel is ideally located for easy access to restaurants, bars and market village shopping centre. There is also a local food hall that’s sell all types of food and bands playing of a weekend. The pool area, gym and games room are spotless and easy accessible. Overall an exceptional choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

จริงๆ อยากจะให้คะแนนเต็มสิบไปเลยนะคะแต่ว่า เนื่องจากพนักงานรับ-ส่งกระเป๋าบริเวณ Lobby เลือกปฏิบัติกับลูกค้าโดยการประเมินจากการแต่งตัว สิ่งที่กำลังพิมพ์อยู่นี้ ไม่ได้มาจากความอคติใดๆ แต่มันเป็นสิ่งที่เราเจอจริงๆ และเห็นว่าไม่สมควร ส่วนตัวมองว่าหากกำลังรับบริการอีกท่านอยู่กำลังรอส่งก็จะไม่ติดใจอะไรค่ะ แต่ที่เห็นๆ คือไม่ติดบริการใครและไม่มีความคิดที่จะช่วยเหลืออะไรเราเลยแม้กระทั่ง “การเปิดประตูให้” เพราะ ณ เวลาตอนนั้นครอบครัวเราก็มีของพะรุงพะรังมา แต่พนักงานท่านนี้ไม่มีท่าที่จะเข้ามาช่วยเหลือใดๆ เลย กลับยืนนิ่งเฉยเหมือนไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น แต่กลับไปบริการลูกค้าท่านถัดไป ซึ่งมาหลังเราเพียงแค่แป๊ปเดียว *ลักษณะคือผู้ชายวัยประมาณ 30 กลางๆ ผิวน้ำตาลเหลืองๆ ผมดำสั้นใส่แว่นกรอบสีฟ้า ใส่แหวนทองนิ้วนางข้างขวา ผ้าใบสีเทา* ประกอบกับใช้สายตาที่แค่มองด้วยหางตาเพียงเท่านั้น ทางครอบครัวเรามาพักที่นี้ครั้งแรก และจ่ายเงินทุกบาททุกสตางค์ไม่ได้มาขอเข้าพักฟรีๆ หากใจพนักงานท่านนี้หวังแค่จะต้องการบริการกับลูกค้าที่ “มีระดับขับรถแพงแต่งตัวดีเท่านั้น” ก็ไม่ควรจะต้องมาทำงานบริการประเภทโรงแรมแบบนี้ เพราะขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่พักก็เท่ากับว่า “ทุกๆ คน” มีสิทธิ์ใช้บริการได้และได้การรับบริการที่เท่าเทียมกัน จริงๆ คะแนนครั้งนี้ไม่ควรหักเลยค่ะ ถ้าเราไม่เจอพนักงาน “ประเภทเลือกปฏิบัติ” แบบนี้ ขอบคุณที่รับฟัง หากมีโอกาสจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง หวังว่าจะไม่เจอเรื่องแบบนี้ให้ต้องรู้สึกลดทอนความรู้สึกอีก ขอบคุณค่ะ
