The attitude of one particular front desk woman just sucks big time. During the check-in, she just bluntly asked me this, " You are 5 with 1 room?" She did not even checked the bookings in the system before asking such as stupid question. I told her no, I have booked 3 rooms, one for me and mrs, one for my daughter and 1 for my 2 sons. That shut her up. And when I asked for the rooms to be adjacent so I can monitor the kids, she just spoke Thai to her mates and mumbled. Bad, bad, bad attitude. In the morning, there is so much noise from the house keeping ladies. Their 2-way radios were so loud as alarm bells to wake you up. Toilet rolls that were distributed were like the ones you find at public school toilets, very small and it just run out. The bathroom just wet the whole toilet and the bathroom sink as a typical Asian toilet and bathroom. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and quite far from the laundry shop, market etc. Just outside the front door, you will smell very strong cigarette smell as the ash trays are full and never emptied for days. THERE WERE NO WELCOME DRINKS OFFERED DURING THE CHECKED-IN AS ADVERTISED. THE FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE HAS SO MUCH CIGARETTE SMELL THROUGHOUT. THE RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS EMPTY MOST OF THE TIME.

Номер выглядит как комната в мотеле или гостевом доме в Туапсе, все очень старое и грязное. Мы остановились на одну ночь, потому что боялись, что после концерта не сможем уехать (если тоже ищите отель ради этой цели, то уехать со стадиона можно спокойно на всех транспортах). Провели в номере меньше суток, все очень грязное и старое: тумбочка приклеена на скотч, на наволочке были пятна жирного соуса, дверь на балкон не закрывалась до конца, из-за этого в номере пахло едой с улицей и было слышно людей. В номере рыжие МУРАВЬИ!!! Очень шумно, постоянно что-то капает на балкон, кондиционер и холодильник гудят, в коридоре кто-то ходил и хлопал дверьми всю ночь. Спать было невозможно, пришлось сооружать «беруши» из туалетной бумаги! Из одноразовых принадлежностей в номере только шампунь,кондиционер и туалетная бумага. Полотенца для рук нет, зубного набора тоже, тапочки МНОГОРАЗОВЫЕ все засаленные и это очень негигиенично. Не верьте хорошим отзывам — плохо все, мы уехали из номера рано утром, потому что не могли больше проводить времени там. Если, как и мы, думаете переждать повышенный спрос на транспорт после концерта, то этого не нужно, после концерте можно уехать на такси/байке, а идти до стадиона от отеля все равно долго (примерно 35 минут). Отель расположен очень далеко от центра города (наш основной отель был около Люмпини и до отеля на метро мы ехали 2 часа. Не представляю, как так можно каждый раз добираться до достопримечательностей The room looks like something you would find in a cheap motel. Everything is old and dirty. We only booked this place for one night because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get back after the concert. (If you’re also looking for a hotel for this reason, don’t worry — it’s actually easy to leave the stadium using public transport after the concert.) We spent less than 24 hours in this room, and everything was absolutely filthy and worn out.

AnaraRTravelled with family · Jan 29Очень старая мебель, мелкие живности в комнате то ли муравьи то ли мошкара. Кровать жёсткая, подушки старые. В номерах был странный, неприятный запах. Расположение отеля очень далеко от центра.
