The location

The first night i realised there was a problem with the air-conditioning; it stopped working in the middle of the night and I woke up drenched in sweat. I could not get it to come back on. The next morning I complained to the receptionist and I said I would have somebody look at it and that afternoon they said it was fixed. Same problem happened to the next night. Receptionist on the Night Shift was pretty useless and said there’s nothing she could do until the morning when the manager arrived . The next day they explained there was a problem with the Aircon in that room but now it should be working . I said I couldn’t stay here if it was still a problem and I asked if there was another room available. They said no fully booked. however, when I looked online, it looked like the were other rooms available. Surprise surprise the same problem happened again that night. But when I went down to complain, other people were complaining of problems with their Aircon. Staff explained an engineer was coming on the evening to fix it and it was a Hotel wide problem. I believe they knew this earlier, we’re not honest with me and didn’t want me to change rooms as they knew it wouldn’t make any difference . So the engineer came that evening and made things worse! Now the air conditioning was blowing heat out across the building. So by midnight everyone in the Hotel was in the lobby complaining. At this point, they had to locate us to a different hotel. At 1 in the morning. One guest had to catch a flight early in the morning so I really felt sorry for her .Well at least I can give them Credit for organising another hotel, however the Hotel they sent us to was a grim cockroach infested dump - a couple who transferred with us to the Hotel complained about cockroaches in the first room and insisted they were moved to another - only to find this room stunk of cigars. I think they insist on being moved to another Hotel. Not a good stay all in all.

AC was broken in the hotel. In the first evening, they managed to fix it in my room, but it broke again the next day. Had to complain with insistence, the staff couldn't reach out the repair person, after 2h waiting at the reception (late night, while other people of the hotel were joining to complain as well - for them it was the same issue every day since 5 days!), they booked me into another hotel, and a real downgrade.

Room very little and shower with not enough protection in the bathroom

我一共住了五天，前四天给我安排的房间再顶楼一个角，窗户上有一个大木板，只能错开有几个缝隙能进来光线感觉很憋屈，下午最热的时候打中央空调屋里温度也居高不下很热。找前台最后一天才给我们调了房。调到一个正常房间有阳台有大玻璃窗，空调也好使。

Die Lage und die Gastfreundschaft.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, also wenn am Gang vor dem Zimmer jemand vorbeigeht oder früh morgens der Müll gesammelt bzw. mit Plastiksäcken geraschelt wird, hört man das ganz genau. Da ich sowieso früh aufgestanden bin, war‘s nicht schlimm :)

Das Hotel war schön und sauber. Die Standort war auch perfekt.

Das Bett ist ein bisschen hart und im Zimmer ist ein bisschen hell

Posizione comoda all’interno della città vecchia. Struttura moderna con camere ampie e pulite. Servizio in stanza giornaliero cambio asciugamani e 2 bottigliette di acqua al giorno.

Realmente un hotel con calidad y precio
