Good · based on 1,729 reviewsAI summaryOverall impressions lean positive for many guests (great location, helpful staff, comfortable stay) despite notable negatives from some reviewers; net experience is generally good.
Cleanliness6.5
Mixed reports: some guests describe clean, comfy rooms, but multiple comments note a dirty/small shower, toilet leaking, gaps letting insects in and other hygiene complaints, so cleanliness is rated below average.Service8.5
Service generally praised: friendly, helpful reception, 24/7 desk, staff willing to hold luggage and assist; a few serious negative reports of poor treatment or disputes exist but most reviews highlight good service.Location8.0
Location is a strong point for many guests (near Central Mall, old town, cafes and restaurants, convenient to central Phuket) though some note it's far from the beach or certain amenities (7/11) so overall location is above average.Room7.0
Rooms are often described as spacious with comfortable beds, but issues include small/dirty showers, uncomfortable pillows for some guests, and rooms not matching photos; overall room quality is slightly below target.Amenities7.0
Amenities (pool, gym, second-floor facilities) are available and appreciated, but several comments mention broken or poorly maintained gym equipment, damaged pool tiles, and lack of gym towels, so amenities are rated moderately.Value for money7.5
Mixed signals: some explicitly state good value for money, others feel breakfast is overpriced or mediocre; overall value sits at the target rating given the balance of positive location/service and some facility shortcomings.Food and drink7.0
Breakfast receives mixed feedback — some find it tasty while others call it mediocre, request more variety and halal options; overall modestly below target due to inconsistency and limited options.

ReneeTravelled with family · Oct 15Young boy in bar made an excellent coffee. Unfortunately didn't rate the place other than that. Plus young boy on egg station was good. Only 2 positive staff members.
Not central, nothing close to walk too. House keeping said they were going to get me a clothes airer as my shower one wouldn't work, never came back. I got to breakfast at 9.50am this morning and barely anything there. When the female chef was asked to top things up like juice, she did it so slowlu, even looked at the time and was very unhappy like it was an inconvenience. Umm it's her job and breakfast ran till 10.30am!!! Unfortunately do no recommend the hotel, was glad to check out today!

私には設備などがリゾートホテルというよりビジネスホテルに感じた。朝ごはんがちょっと口に合わなかった。
