Nace hotel. Would come back.

Spaceous room and dog friendly hotel with great location and garden

The price for dog is not listed on booking. So they only clean if you pay extra they dont even come to change towels or bring water on daily base.

Just awesome and I highly recommend this hotel

The absolutely amazing staff. I cant forget Pinky, Gift, Pond, Pet, KT and all the very kind staff. They are all just there to help your stay feels like home. This hotel is just so good. I highly recommend.

The garden outside was something the kids loved to explore. The suite was spacious and the view very nice.

The lifts can be faster, but overall no complaints.

Reha-Klinik statt 5-Sterne Hotel

Das uns zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer war in einem stark abgewohnten Zustand, weshalb wir ein anderes Zimmer verlangten und bekamen. Dieses hatte "nur" Verschmutzungen um den Kühlschrank herum, wies abgegriffene Schrankgriffe in der Küche auf, es kamen unangenehme Gerüchte aus dem Traps in der Küche und aus der Klimaanlage. Das Frühstücksrestaurant war nicht einladend gestaltet und glich eher einer Kantine. Im Hotel waren wir umgeben von einer Vielzahl von Gästen, die in einer nahe gelegenen Schönheitsklinik Eingriffe haben vornehmen lassen. Sie hatten verbundene Köpfe, Ohren, Nasen und die Wunddrainageschäuche waren deutlich sichtbar etc. Dieser Anblick wirkte auf unsere Kinder verstörend und traumatisierend. Hotelgäste ohne plastischen Eingriff waren im Hotel in deutlicher Unterzahl. Wir fühlten uns eher wie in einer Reha-Klinik bzw. Krankenhaus als in einem Hotel. Hätten wir dies gewusst, hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht. Es war auf unserer Rundreise durch Thailand das schlechteste Hotel und keineswegs 5 Sterne plus!
