Our stay was exceptional overall!

The pool immediately next to our room is one of the best features but I think what makes a hotel is staff. The staff here are so attentive and communicative that it made our hotel stay. We, also, loved breakfast here and its proximity to everything else.

Charmant hôtel, proche de Tha Phae gate. Avec piscine. Offres de massage. Une restauration excellente. Un personnel aimable et sociable. La chambre correspondait à la réservation et était très belle. Tout est vegan. Même si je mange de la viande, j’ai trouvé la qualité des mets excellente. Vous êtes à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la porte, et l’endroit est calme. Vous n’entendrez pas les concerts éventuels sur la place centrale.

飯店本身環境很漂亮，地點也方便，整體氛圍安靜舒服。入住當天接待我們的櫃檯人員服務很好，另外飯店有提供機場接送，退房時可免費讓我們延遲到下午 1 點，這些部分都值得肯定。

這次比較可惜的是服務細節與人員品質不夠一致。住宿期間遇到幾次服務上的問題，讓整體體驗打了不少折扣。其中最困擾的是洗衣服務。我們詢問送洗後，在房間等待了很久都沒有人來取衣物，中間也曾再次聯絡櫃檯，最後仍需要我們自己再次確認處理進度。（整個飯店只有這位女櫃檯態度極差) 更誇張的是，隔天清晨竟然收到「其他房客的衣物」。因為衣服被包裝成送洗完成的包裹，我們一開始並不知道不是自己的，打開後才發現送錯。但櫃檯一直強調說一定是我們的。這不只是單純送錯房間，也讓人對衣物管理與房客隱私感到疑慮。後來飯店有將我們自己的衣服送回，也提出下午茶作為補償，但我們婉拒了。以及，房間被單上連續好多天都是同塊發霉髒污，表示被單沒換只有鋪平。
