The location by the river was great. The staff was fantastic!
It’s a bit far from most activities around the region
The ambience and the greenery was mind blowing.
Nothing.
Beautiful resort. Plenty of places to relax good scenery. Please make sure to bring some food for the dogs. If you can, it's up in the mountains, not a lot of people can support them. There
Absolutely stunning accomodation with beautiful rooms and landscape, and lush tropical gardens. We loved our stay here and did not want to leave! Friendly helpful staff, spotless rooms, and so peaceful
If you are vegetarian/vegan I would recommend contacting them in advance. We were there in shoulder season (September) and the first day there was no tofu so no real protein (apart from egg). They got some in the next day and the rest of our stay the food was great, large portions and good value for money for how remote it is. Breakfast was great also. We ate at the sister resort (floathouse river kwai) the first day as they had tofu. Also recommend if you get a transfer confirming what the vehicle is - we booked a private van but a songthaew arrived, which was a hot 1.5 hour ride with no seat belts for our kids. There was an option to get an a/c van for more but we weren't told this. The private transfer back to Bangkok was great though. Not huge issues, but worth knowing about!
