CharlotteTravelled as a couple · Mar 28Staff were amazing, and facilities were great. We got upgraded for free when we checked in to one of their new bungalow rooms which was amazing! Hotel was so quiet and we had the whole pool to ourselves most days. We also got a very good price to extend our stay by 2 nights. Can hire bikes and do laundry at the hotel. A 2 minute walk to 7/11 and it’s centrally located to amazing restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Pool is okay, but closes at 8, so quite fast. The rooms have balcony doors, that are not air tight, so some of the mosquitos can come in.

The lighting in the rooms was cold and hospital-like, not very cozy, but that is literally the only complaint i have. Could be fixed by light-bulbs with a different temperature.

The pool bar was cheap and the rooms were great and you could hire bikes for a good price at the hotel. The nicest part was the staff who helped organise our travel to Phuket and when my sister forgot her charger they met us at the port (before we even realised it was missing) to return it to her before our boat. Really a lovely experience 😊

Unser Zimmer war sehr feucht, Leider waren die Zimmer sehr feucht und das Klimagerät verunreinigt, sodass wir es leider ausgeschaltet lassen mussten
