The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the apartment provided a pleasant and relaxing environment to return to after exploring Bangkok.
There was no iron provided in the apartment, which was a little inconvenient. The breakfast was generally good, but the selection could be improved, especially when it comes to fruits, spreads, and local Thai dishes. For example, there was no Nutella or mango, and we would have loved to see traditional Thai options such as mango sticky rice or Thai tea. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the overall experience even better.

Maybe the location if you want to be more in a busy hub, but there are many convenience stores around and there is a long road with restaurants and bars close by. However, staff can assist with getting you taxis anywhere.

بعيد جدا عن الأماكن الحيويه والأسواق والجمعات اقرب مجمع بلاتينيوم ياخذ 15 دقيقه بالتاكسي باقي المجمعات من 30 دقيقه وأكثر على حسب الزحمه المكان معزول ماتقدر تاخذ توك توك فقط تطلب تاكسي عن طريق أوبر عدم توفر كل أدوات المطبخ خدمة التنظيف فقط حتى الساعه 4 اخذو مبلغ تأمين عند الوصول 2000 بات

Onze kamer was niet zo proper. Ontbijt was niet gevarieerd. Al een geluk waren we er maar voor 1 nacht. In de buurt ook totaal niets te zien, maar dat hadden we zelf beter moeten opzoeken. We hadden dit geboekt voor 1 nacht om nadien terug te vliegen naar België. Het was de bedoeling om gewoon nog wat aan het zwembad te vertoeven maar helaas liet het weer het niet toe.
