The staff, the facilities, the service, the room, the environment, the weather (except for the rains), all are very great!

Almost nothing except for the mosquitoes. But it’s unavoidable in this area. Especially during the raining season. We suffered a severe thunderstorm and flooding at the first 3 days when we arrived, and the taxis refused to go to the hotel area. However, because the location is very close to the metro station, it’s still very convenient to travel around to other areas by walking.

Excellent Breakfast everyday different but we love omelet. Big room with comfortable bed come with kitchen and all cutlery. Great choice for Japanese style toilet. Walking distant to MRT easy and convenient 7-11 Just around the corner.

The location was great, right next to the MTR line, night market and walking distance from shopping malls. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast staff remembered my orders, and they went out of the way to make sure I could eat something every morning (food allergies). There was also daily housekeeping, new sheets, towels, and washed dishes every day. One of the beds was hard as a rock, but I told reception and they had housekeeping put a mattress topper and the bed was fine afterwards. Also, having an AC in all rooms made our stay even better.

Found several tiny ants in the room during my stay. I'm guessing it was because of the heat/humidity. Also, the washing machine both washed and dried but the dryer wasn't working fast enough so we had to hang our clothes.

Super soft bed, the best toilet ever no cold water wash there. Breakfast was awesome, beautiful pool but cold and a small but adequate gym. Close to Jodd Markets

A little far to walk to our dentist but ok, normally $150 a night is out of my price range but 4 nights I broke the budget.

The suite is very comfortable and quiet. Very good location for everything, shopping, night market and convenience to other places.

Good location, big room

The breakfast was a total disaster. I’m not sure if it’s a joke but this is not a 4 star hotel and I don’t understand how they can claim they are. Just to give a few examples: 1) for breakfast there is no tea selection except black tea. For other tea, eg peppermint, the guest needs to pay extra 120 TBH 2) all of the food at the breakfast was served cold: cold noodle, cold fried salmon, cold rice 3) selection of bread is only toast 4) no brown sugar 5) no vegetarian food options. One day they even only served pork and no choice of chicken. Is this a joke? 6) twice per night there was another guest screaming very loudly at 11 PM, seems like he had a big fight with his wife and was slamming the door. The next evening the same happened again, meaning the hotel staff didn’t step in to inform the guest they should keep it quiet 7) for breakfast they serve old rice from the previous day 8) overall breakfast very small with only small options and choices. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, even the airport lounge has more choices and better tasting food 9) people smoking next to the breakfast area

Tout! Emplacement, proximité avec plusieurs centres commerciaux, restaurants, night market, street food. Équipements parfaits, dans l’établissement comme dans la chambre. Salle de sport très bien équipée , propre et spacieuse. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour tout confort dans cette résidence et avons eu un très grand regret de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps. Je recommande fortement!

את החיוך כול בוקר מהקבלה , מהצוות של ארוחת הבוקר והמנקים . המלון מושלם מכול ההיבטים אם זה הנוחות של המיטות שקשה מאוד למצוא מיטות שהם לא קרטון בתאילנד! גודל החדר מושלם למשפחות יש מקרר וכלים ניקיון כול יום , הארוחת בוקר טעימה ולא משעממת , הבריכה פצצה יש חדר כושר אבל אני לא בכושר , מבחינת המיקום חששנו שזה לא במרכז , עד שגילינו ששום דבר לא באמת במרכז בבנקוק , ומתניידים בגארב
