JihanTravelled with a group · Oct 17I had the most deeply frustrating and unacceptable check-in experience I encountered at your property. I am someone who rarely files formal complaints, but the treatment and lack of professionalism I experienced warrant a review. Upon my arrival today, my pre-booked room was changed to a ground floor which I didn’t want. I tried to explain and was left ignored in the lobby. I arrived at 10PM and ended up getting room by 11:05PM! I especially lament the conduct of the reception agents on duty which were highly unprofessional. They were remarkably disagreeable, impolite, and showed a complete lack of hospitality or customer care. After 49 min of waiting, I given a then a room which was not clean. It was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. I expected basic courtesy and a streamlined check-in process, neither of which were provided. I wrote to the hotel and have yet to hear back.

BenTravelled with a group · Sep 16What wasn’t there to love about this hotel? By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms were very clean, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and always very helpful. When one of our room’s pools changed colour due to the rain, the staff were straight on the case and sorted it out quickly. They even offered to move us to another room in the meantime. The restaurant above reception is definitely worth checking out too. We had a lovely meal there. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll 100% be booking this hotel again!
Worth bearing in mind that the beach is around a 10-minute walk away. However, they do have a free shuttle bus that can take you there if you don’t fancy the walk.

Ral...Travelled solo · Sep 12I had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quite fast. Sometimes there were a few communication difficulties, so we needed to use a translation app, but overall the staff were very attentive and always willing to help. The F&B staff also provided good service and were happy to recommend food and drinks. For breakfast, I would suggest having more variety and rotating some of the dishes each day, especially for guests staying for several nights. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the team.
