J'avais fait un mail à l'établissement pour demander si nous pourrions arriver plus tôt à 09h qu'à 14h. L'établissement m'a répondu oui sans me donner plus de détails. Arrivée sur place, on m'a demandé 500 baths supplémentaires (j'aurais apprécié l'avoir dans le mail aussi). La jeune femme de l'accueil n'a ni cherché à communiquer avec moi pour comprendre ni même chercher le mail dont je parlais... Et quand je lui ai montré le mail en français (reçu) pour indiquer que c'était ok de leur côté, elle n'a pas voulu faire d'effort... Donc l'arrivée pour ce séjour à déjà mis dans l'ambiance..... Rattrapé par l'équipe du soir homme qui est très sympa

A l'arrivée, pas moyen de payer avec une carte de crédit. Il faut aller retirer à l'ATM... Pas d'eau chaude (réparé ensuite).
