The restaurant is overpriced, go out and eat out! The breakfast could me improved. It is not on par with the level this hotel wants to be at. Some of the garden areas could be cleaned up. Again, something that would bring this hotel to a higher level.
NurhafiziTravelled with family · Dec 28Great Location. Excellent Facilities as well as the beautiful parks. Helpful and polite Hotel and restaurant staff. Bicycles for guest to ride. Excellent place for healing and relieving stress.
The water supply to our rooms sometime were disrupted during our stay. But these were rectified promptly once calls were made to reception.

亂加費用，房型不對，降級還說升級，我們訂的房型那天沒人住，為向給我們亂換房型，房價一間差680，兩間差1360元，這不是坑客戶嗎。
