Good · based on 356 reviewsAI summaryOverall guests report a generally positive experience—suitable for short stays with friendly staff and a nice pool—tempered by occasional cleanliness, maintenance, noise and Wi‑Fi issues.
Cleanliness7.4
Many guests report clean rooms and daily housekeeping, but several reviews note maintenance-related dirt, occasional unclean areas, and at least one explicit complaint that the room 'wasn't very clean'.Service9.0
Service is consistently praised: staff, owners and management are described as very kind, helpful and accommodating (easy to extend stay, upgrades). One isolated report of a manager's poor behavior is noted but most feedback on service is strongly positive.Location8.2
Location is repeatedly praised for proximity to malls, night markets and street food stalls; it sits on a quieter side street. Some guests mention it is farther from the beach and limited for tuk‑tuk/Grab availability, and a few report nearby industrial noise.Room7.5
Rooms are described as spacious with fridges, balconies and comfortable bedding by many guests; others note hard beds, thin walls (noisy), and general wear/maintenance issues in parts of the property.Amenities7.6
Rooftop pool is frequently highlighted and well-liked; rooms have useful extras like fridges. However guests note missing small amenities (no kettle), intermittent Wi‑Fi, and limited drying/cloth facilities.Value for money8.6
Multiple reviews explicitly mention good price-to-quality, affordable rates and value for short stays, making value a clear positive point.Food and drink7.0
On-site food and beverage offering is minimal or not mentioned; nearby street food and vendors are a plus, but several guests missed in-room coffee/tea facilities and there is no strong F&B service on property.

TristanTravelled solo · May 11Het personeel was erg aardig.
Bedden waren erg hard, we goed geslapen.
