Breakfast was average and bathroom drains smelt awful had to keep the door shut to contain the smell.

Lo único que cambiaría es que se encuentra un poco apartado del tema ocio, tiendas, restaurantes ( en el hotel disponen de un restaurante en el que se come muy bien). Aún así puedes alquilar moto y/o te facilitan servicio de taxi.
DANIELTravelled with family · Sep 19Resort en la zona sur de Koh Tao. Habitaciones muy atractivas, en cabañas de madera, con vistas espectaculares. Zona exclusiva de playa. Desayuno amplio y rico. Los dos restaurantes del hotel sirven platos tailandeses ricos. De las tres playas a la que da el hotel, Love Beach, la más pequeña, es una preciosidad, muy recomendable para snorkel, con algunos corales coloridos.
El trato del personal es rígido, frío y automatizado. No ayudan con ninguna información práctica sobre la isla, para todo se ciñen a lo que aparece en el libro de actividades que tienen en recepción. Como el hotel está lejos del puerto, tienes que alquilar moto o coger taxis (muy caros) para poder moverte. No tiene piscina.

ArleneTravelled solo · Sep 18alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison. Hatte einen Bubgalow mit toller Aussicht über die Bucht, insbesondere das Badezimmer mit voller Glasfront hat mich überzeugt: duschen mit Aussicht 🤩. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, die zwei Strände sind klein aber schön. Am Freedom Beach gibts auch eine Strandmassage.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man schon einen Roller braucht, denn sonst muss man gut 15min gehen (mit Steigung), um ins nächste Dorf zu kommen, oder eben gerne bei den Temperaturen und der Luftfeuchtigkeit zu Fuss gehen. ich fahre nicht Roller, daher war es für mich grenzwertig. Zum Hauptstrand im Westen sind es ca. 45-50 Gehminuten, keine Gehsteige. Der Bungalow war toll, leider hatte ich immer wieder Ameisen im Bett, was sehr stöhrend ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, es gibt allerdings keinen Porridge beispielsweise und der Kaffee ist Filterkaffee. Für alleinreisende insbes. in der Nebensaison nur dann empfehlenswert, wenn man wirklich Ruhe will, sonst trifft man hier nur Pärchen und 20jährige Boygroups.

ValérieTravelled solo · Sep 17Het uitzicht. Wij hebben genoten van ons terras met ligbed dat uitkeek op zee. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen in het bed. Geen bedbugs, zachte matras.
De medewerker voor scooterverhuur was naar mijn mening opdringerig en weinig klantgericht met het opvragen van ons officieel paspoort dat we "random" moesten meegeven met iemand die scooters verhuurt "ergens op de pier". Indien we dit niet meegaven moesten we zelf de borg tot aan de pier brengen. Helemaal niet klantgericht en de communicatie voelde gespannen. Iets verderop bij een andere leverancier kregen we een zeer goede service mbt scooter (zonder aandringen paspoort en mits korte wandeling).
