Die Standard Zimmer sind zu klein. Informationen von der Rezeption waren sehr spärlich oder garnicht vorhanden. Während meines Aufenthaltes kam es zu einem kompletten - Black out - der Stromzufuhr im gesamten Hotel. Über 20 Stunden inklusive einer kompletten Nacht war keinerlei Strom im Hotel verfügbar. Das Krisen - und Notfall Management, was jedes Hotel verpflichtend vorhalten muss, fand nicht statt ! Desweiteren wurde mein Betrag von 1000 Bt, den ich bei der Ankunft hinterlegen musste , bei meiner Abreise nicht zurückgezahlt, weil ein glas in meinem Zimmer beschädigt war. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
