Hotel guest reviews

9.2Exceptional · based on 141 reviews

AI summaryMost guests report a highly positive, memorable stay (several '10/10' style comments); remaining issues are mostly noise or minor facility/price concerns.

Cleanliness8.8
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews, though a few notes about aged bathrooms and dingy shower curtains that lowered the score slightly.
Service9.4
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and quick (easy check-in/out, accommodated requests), but isolated negatives include a strict check-in/out incident and occasional language limitations.
Location9.6
Many reviewers highlight the excellent, central location and nearby dining; however several mention street noise, festivals (Songkran) and nearby bars/airplanes affecting sleep.
Room9.0
Rooms described as beautiful, spacious and comfortable in many reviews; some guests noted an uncomfortable bed for one stay and older bathroom fittings in places.
Amenities9.0
Positive mentions of a lovely pool and attractive hotel decor; lacks an elevator and has stair-related access considerations which slightly reduce the score.
Value for money8.5
Perceived as on the pricey side by some guests despite charms and quality, leading to a slightly lower value rating.
Food and drink9.6
Breakfast repeatedly praised as very good/delicious; one logistical complaint about booking breakfast on arrival affected a small number of guests.

Its nice centrally located

They were very strict about the check-in and check-out timings. Even though we requested just a 30-minute extension, they did not accommodate our request.

Absolutely loved our stay here!

Check in/ out process was no fuss, super quick and easy. Beautiful spacious rooms, super clean and comfortable and they fulfilled a last minute bed change request. We really liked the location too lots of great underrated places to eat nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

No faults! 10/10
