Ivory Phi Phi Island

I absolutely loved my stay here! I was warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the very beginning. The room was great and very clean and quiet. Miss June made sure I had everything I needed, helped me book a day trip and my ferry and recommended some great restaurants. I loved all of her recommendations! She even walked me to the ferry to make sure everything went smoothly. She is such a lovely person and I was sad to leave at the end of my stay. I can highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime!

Great location, the lady at the front desk was most helpful and most kind, exactly like what other reviews said. If I’m to come back i will stay here again because of her hospitality.

The bed is pretty firm

We had an amazing stay there, Junnie at Reception was awesome she recommended us where to eat, what to visit and do on the island. She is a gem and real treasure for the hotel. The location was fantastic and the room was clean.

The room was as described. Basic and clean. Air conditioning worked well. What gives this hotel 10/10 was the lady at the front desk. She was warm and welcoming and very helpful with food/activity suggestions and making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist kept talking about fines for every little thing — if you lose this, if you damage that, if towels get stained, and so on. It felt very uncomfortable and unfriendly instead of welcoming. When we entered the room, the pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. I even showed photos to the receptionist, but she kept making excuses and saying it was “from the factory” or “just powder.” The bathroom was also in very poor condition, and the room did not even provide basic things properly. During checkout, they carefully inspected the towels looking for stains in a very rude way, even though they had already given us dirty bedding when we checked in. On top of that, they kept pushing us to buy tours and Phuket tickets from them, and after we bought cheaper tickets elsewhere, their attitude became worse. Very poor hospitality overall. I would not recommend staying here.

The lady at the reception, June, is friendly and tries to do everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible with great tips. Phi Phi Don is beautiful in general, and this hotel is located right in the center, yet you don’t hear any noise from it.

The price is on the high side for what you get in return. There is no refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice in the warm weather.

L’établissement est situé au cœur de Koh Phi Phi ce qui permet d’aller facilement au port ou à la plage ou n’importe quel autre lieu depuis l’île. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et au petits soins. Elle m’a donné les meilleures recommandations de restaurants et d’événements. C’était très agréable ! Je recommande.

La salle de bain n’est pas très simple d’accès car très petite. La douche est un peu compliqué à utiliser la première fois. Une fois utilisée, l’eau se répand partout dans la salle de bain alors qu’il y a aussi les toilettes dans la pièce. Ce n’est pas très pratique mais ce n’est pas un gros problème.

Hemos estado de lujo en este hostal. Junee es la casera del hostal y es un encanto. Te da consejos sobre sitios a visitar, restaurantes entre otras cosas. Es muy sencillito pero con lo necesario. Tiene muy buena limpieza. Está en perfecta ubicación!! Junne gracias por tu amabilidad, eres maravillosa y feliz cumpleaños!!!
