Wind Beach Resort

Nice rooms and close to beach and dive centers if you're into that. Lots of small shops nearby and very good restaurants.

Breakfast were at times slow, a la carte breakfast so no buffet. The hotel is very close to a noisy road and two of the popular party hostels nearby and the music can be annoying if you want to sleep before 1-2am.

Perfect location. Gorgeous beach on your door step. In the middle of the main area of Sairee beach without being overcrowded or noisy. All around this place felt amazing and was my favourite in my 3 week Thailand trip it definitely gave me the laid back island vibe I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back to Wind Beach if I'm lucky enough to return to Koh Tao

The room was a good size, and the location was convenient. However, you should be aware of the rooms located near the main road. There are several local bars in the area that remain open until late, and the music can be very loud. heard from the rooms, which may be an issue for light sleepers. The Wind massage place has very reasonable prices and all of them are amazing.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly when it came to service and management. The staff did not appear to be properly trained, and it was clear that there was little to no active management onsite to coordinate operations or ensure that guests’ needs were being properly addressed. Despite having many staff members present, they were frequently talking or playing with each other and using their phones rather than paying attention to their responsibilities or to clients. The breakfast was also rather poor, with very little flavour and limited attention to quality. breakfast was included but we often went out. The condition of the room was another significant concern. The shower and drain had a strong, putrid smell that contaminated the entire room. We often had to run the water simply to reduce the smell coming from the drain, which was extremely unpleasant and not acceptable for a hotel room. Overall, the property seems to have sufficient staff, but there is a clear lack of training, supervision, and attention to guest experience. Better onsite management and basic maintenance would make a significant difference.

La habitación es correcta, cómoda y limpia Muy bien situado en la calle principal En la misma puerta hay un 7 eleven Buen desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación El personal amable, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la recogida en el embarcadero ya que no nos contestaron a nuestros mensajes enviados por Booking, y por tanto no nos vinieron a buscar a nuestra llegada. Pero nos llevaron al embarcadero cuando nos fuimos. Además tuvimos un problema, nos dejamos ropa tendida en la terraza y nos la enviaron por ferry a Koh Samui al día siguiente, haciendo muy buena gestión por parte del hotel La piscina no esta muy bien mantenida pero el agua está limpia y fresquita y es una gozada que esté en primera línea de playa. Y el personal del bar de la playa súper amable Había ruido por las noches hasta las 2 de la mañana de los bares que están en la calle principal. Nosotros no nos supuso un problema para dormir y ya sabíamos que pasaba esto cuando reservamos el hotel

Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lage direkt am Meer.

Es war nachts sehr laut durch die umliegenden Bars.

De ligging was fijn dicht bij een goede duikschool en dicht bij het strand
