Baanpufa Resort

The experience started with Khun Champ picking us up from the train station. We arrived at the resort to our air conditioned room which had a beautiful view of the River Kwai with a magnificent mountainous backdrop. The resort has a pool, restaurant, sauna, canoeing and bamboo rafting to say the least.

There is nothing to dislike about this Resort.

Très bon hotel les pieds dans l eau

L'environnement de l'hotel est très joli. Nous avions réservé un rafting familial 4 personnes, très original de dormir sur la rivière. Par contre, nam tok est très isolé et nous étions les seuls clients de l'hotel !

Amazing service from all the staff. They were all really friendly and helpful and even helped us with a late check in (closes at 10pm which we didn’t realise). The breakfast in the morning was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was also really nicely decorated and clean and had an amazing view. The whole resort was very clean and well kept. Our only complaint was that we got a twin room when we booked a double, but due to our late check in we didn’t mind and the room was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous.

The river cabin was not clean, under the bed there was a thick layer of dust, as was the case with all the corners of the room. The beds were a nightmare, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete with a thin sheet on top. The rooms were very noisy, there were two guests next door and their snoring was so loud, it was as if they were in the same room as I was. These complaints are not new, I saw reviews from over a year ago, where similar comments were made and the resort promised it would make improvements. It didn't. The holder for soaps in the shower was corroded and should be replaced. Don't be fooled by photos of the play area to the side of the river cabins, it is in a very poor and filthy state and is unfit for use. The mini fridge is outside the room so if you wish to take a sip of water during the night, you have to go out on your balcony to get it, which is not very convenient. We stayed from Friday to Monday, the room was not cleaned once. I accidentally broke a vase in the restaurant which I was very sorry about and I shared the cost to replace it with the resort. I had no trouble with paying part of the cost, because I didn't want to get the staff in trouble.

Personnel très agréable et accueillant, avec une attention constante portée au bien-être des clients. L’équipe veille à ce que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Le déjeuner est très bon et le cadre est particulièrement joli.

L'emplacement, rien aux alentours, restaurant fermé a partir de 20:00. Plus rien a faire depuis cette heure

ประทับใจมากกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ดูแลดีครบทุกด้านตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เดินเข้าไป ตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานทุกคนให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น สุภาพ และใส่ใจรายละเอียด ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจเหมือนมาพักผ่อนบ้านญาติ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก จัดเตรียมไว้อย่างเรียบร้อย กลิ่นหอมสดชื่น อุปกรณ์ครบครัน เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย ทำให้นอนหลับพักผ่อนได้เต็มที่จริง ๆ บริเวณรอบโรงแรมก็ร่มรื่น บรรยากาศดี เงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการมาชาร์จพลังทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ ในส่วนของอาหารก็ประทับใจไม่แพ้กัน รสชาติอร่อย วัตถุดิบสดใหม่ มีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย ทานแล้วรู้สึกคุ้มค่าและใส่ใจคุณภาพ ช่วงเวลาที่ได้พักที่นี่ทำให้เราได้หยุดพักจากความวุ่นวาย ได้ใช้เวลาอยู่กับตัวเองอย่างเต็มที่ ทั้งการนั่งจิบกาแฟชมบรรยากาศตอนเช้า และการพักผ่อนสบาย ๆ ในห้องพัก ทำให้กลับไปทำงานต่อได้อย่างสดชื่นและมีพลังมากขึ้น โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก คุ้มค่าเกินราคา และจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ 💛

อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ แต่อย่างน้อยควรมีกาแฟสด และน้ำผลไม้

ม่านในห้องไม่กันแสง แสงไฟจากระเบียงทำให้ห้องสว่างตลอดคืน
