A good place to experience local life

The community environment is good. The villa is simple and clean, with complete facilities, helpful staff,and there are cute cat friends come every day (for food and massage).Close to a local market.

Some facilities need to be maintained, such as clean the curtains, fix loose faucets, and the fan noise.

Amazing guest relation: always online at WhatsApp, always ready to help. We arrived at 01:30 - staff met us at the front door and accommodate. Facilities kitchen/grill - at good level. Location quite decent too - 15 mins on foot to the beach, way back is much shorter thanks to tuc-tuc, 5-7 mins to the night market for the fresh fish and fruits.

Great location, 5 mins easy access to most locations in Bangtao area. Big rooms, clean pool

WiFi speed could have been a bit better. There was a TV but no sound/speaker system.

Beautiful!

The property was beautiful and totally met our expectations. The pool was a really good size, the rooms were all well proportioned and the whole place was so clean and beautifully presented.

Nothing except internet connection was intermittent.

Schöne Villa mit fantastischem Pool

Wunderschöne Villa und der Pool ist fantastisch. Er hat eine Spa Funktion und abends kann man ihn romantisch beleuchten und einen Wasserfall über dem Pool einschalten. Die Villa ist nicht zu gross aber sehr geräumig. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Managerin hat uns empfangen. Kommunikation funktionierte super über WhatsApp. Lage etwas abseits, aber mit Bolt/Grab kein Problem. Ca.10min zum Strand.

Bett etwas zu hart für meinen Geschmack. Bettkanten sind gross und stehen sehr nach aussen. Habe mich einige Male daran gestossen beim aufstehen in der Nacht.

Но в целом, очень понравилось жилье. Особенно чистота и обходительность персонала. До нового рынка, магазинов и ресторан

Очень классный бассейн, хорошая кухня со всем необходимым, хороший вай фай. Отличная уборка.

Далековато пешком до пляжа , если перемещаетесь с детьми . Если компания молодых людей , то ок. С детьми не очень удобно. Также комнаты разделены выходом через бассейн- если у вас дети спят в отдельной комнате, то в случае чего- их не слышно, нужно проходить через улицу. Для отдельных пар- наоборот- было бы очень удобно. Были в марте- много Комаров! Да от них есть брызгалка с лавандой , но не помешало бы сделать хоть на некоторые окна сетки, чтоб можно было проветривать и не спать все время с кондиционером.
