Il personale alla reception molto duro e sgarbato specie quando al check out per aver fatto notare, e non era una lamentela, la ragazza mi ha risposto con durezza invece di porgermi le dovute scuse. La colazione sufficiente

Bisogna prendere un grab o lo shuttle bus dell’hotel per raggiungere il villaggio perché sta un po fuori mano. Hanno una politica di cancellazione un po troppo rigida.malgrado aver chiesto di ridurre di una notte il soggiorno poiché non c’era modo di arrivare in tempo all’aeroporto ci hanno detto di no.
OrenTravelled solo · Sep 17נתחיל מהיתרון נוף, נוף, נוף. השירות של הצוות מהקבלה, דרך הצוות בחדר האוכל, צוות הניקיון, כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל שירותיים מאד. השיתוף עם המלון ליד ובריכת האיניפנטי , מושלם. אחד המלונות הטובים שהייתי בהם.
הכריות במיטה היו לי קשות, אבל זה עניין סובייקטיבי. המלון הנמצא באהד רין קצת מרוחק ממקומות אחרים באי, אבל שכירת רכב או נהג מביא אותך לכל מקום ואתה חוזר למלון הכי כייפי שיש.

ShalevTravelled as a couple · Sep 5מקום מדהים עם נוף מטורף צוות אדיב ושירותי היה שם בכל שעה לתת מענה שירות שאטלים כל שעה עגולה מהמלון להאד רין ושירות שטלים כל היום וכל הלילה מהכניסה למלון לחדר(לא חיכינו יותר מדקה לשאטל לחדר ומהחדר אף פעם) ספא נחמד מאוד מול הנוף של הים (אין בו מזגן רק מאוורר)
ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה מאוד אך לא עם מספיק מבחר , אנחנו לא אכלנו שם בכלל רק בבוקר הראשון.

צוות הקבלה לא היה מסביר פנים שילמנו על מיטה נוספת והיינו צריכים להוסיף שוב במקום האירוח השאטל מסתיים בשמונה וזה מגביל ולא נוח
