Everything was as perfect as usual as this was our 4th visit in 18 months but we already booked again to return next month for 4 nights on November

No Coffee Creamer in the room anymore No Cereal spoons for the breakfast and as usual need to use spoons from the room. Dont misunderstand me these are 2 extremely minor things and this Hotel IS A PERFECT 10 EVERYTIME WE VIST

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. They regularly checked if we needed anything and were always happy to assist. The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable and can easily accommodate around 10 people. The bedrooms are a good size, and we especially appreciated that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and common areas were excellent, with plenty of space for everyone to spend time together comfortably. We also really appreciated that every bathroom had a bidet spray, which was a very convenient touch. The location is very private and peaceful, and the outdoor area and swimming pool were lovely. The pool has a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery, which made the outdoor space particularly enjoyable. The service was another highlight. The check-in process was very smooth and was completed conveniently inside our villa. At check-out, the staff also proactively offered to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was prepared fresh by a chef inside the villa, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel more special. Overall, the villa is very well suited for families or larger groups looking for a spacious, private and peaceful stay, and the staff’s hospitality made the experience even better.

The main area that really needs improvement is cleanliness. The villa would benefit greatly from a thorough deep cleaning. Some of the bathrooms and bedding were not as clean as expected, and areas under the beds and side tables did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We also found items left behind by previous guests inside drawers, as well as cobwebs and spiders in some indoor areas. We completely understand that insects are to be expected given the natural surroundings, particularly outdoors, but the cleanliness inside the villa, including the bathrooms, could definitely be improved. The location is very peaceful and private, which we enjoyed, but guests should be aware that the surrounding area is not well serviced. There are no supermarkets or many convenient services nearby, and taxis can be difficult to arrange. Having your own car or a private driver is highly recommended. The swimming pool was lovely, although the water was quite cold and there did not appear to be a temperature-control/heating option. A washing machine would also be a useful addition, particularly for families or groups staying for several days. One thing we were uncomfortable with was the presence of CCTV inside the villa. There is a notice about CCTV upon entering, but for a private villa, we would have preferred this to be made very clear before booking, including exactly where the cameras are located and which areas they cover. It affected the sense of privacy we expected from renting an entire private villa.

The breakfast was deliciousand the right portion size. What I liked most was that it was served directly to our room's balcony

ระบบน้ำอุ่นไม่ค่อยเสถียร กลุ่มลูกค้าบ้างคนใส่เสื้อยืดกางเกงวอร์มและขาสั้นลงสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่ทราบว่าทางที่พักมีข้อบังคับให้ใส่ชุดว่ายน้ำหรือไม่ แต่ไม่มีพนักงานไปบอกกล่าวลูกค้ากลุ่มนั้น

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre, ist komfortabel, hat fantastisches Wetter und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück wird äußerst privat serviert. ​Unser Zimmer war eine Suite mit einer Küchenzeile und einem Balkon mit direktem Zugang zum Pool – extrem praktisch. Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts haben wir die Klimaanlage gar nicht benutzt; der Ventilator und die frische Naturbrise haben völlig ausgereicht. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Das Essen hier ist im Vergleich zur Portionsgröße extrem teuer. Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie Pad See Ew oder Som Tam für 180 bis 250 Baht gegessen. Was man bekommt, ist absolut durchschnittlich – nichts Besonderes, weder im Geschmack noch in der Menge. So etwas bekommt man überall für unter 50 Baht. ​Deshalb verbuche ich den hohen Preis einfach als Aufschlag für die schöne Aussicht und den Komfort.
