I asked to change rooms because the air-con was broken. It was not cooling the room, only blowing a directed breeze. However, staff started moaning and thought that just directing the fan at my bed was an adequate solution. It wasn't and shouldn't be expected. They couldn't change my room as I had booked a superior so I won't fault them for that, but their general attitude was brazenly tired and bored with staffing the place. The apartments are starting to look well-worn and the elevator had an unpleasant strong smell having been cleaned with a strong chemical cleaner.

KellyTravelled as a couple · Mar 24Location was great. Close to shops and restaurants. The balcony was fab to sit and listen to the birds. You can see the sea and mountains from the balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The cleaners came in every day and tidied. The fridge was large and was much needed! The ladies helped us when our scooter wouldn’t start. Pool was a welcomed addition on hot days. They had a fitness room but we didn’t have time to use.
Reception staff were a little abrupt and not warm (male staff) all the rest were fab.
BarryTravelled solo · Mar 5Peaceful location - size of room, cleanliness, pool, proximity to Soi 94's bars and restaurants, prompt attention to any issues. Big bed was super comfy unlike many hotels in area. Staff very accommodating and allowed me to stay on in room when flight was cancelled due to outbreak of war in Middle East.
Honestly, for the money, it was perfect. Its a 10-15 min walk into main area so a motorbike rental is helpful but I knew that when booking.

BK™Travelled with family · Mar 21Extrem freundliches Personal, top Zimmer-Service, ruhige Lage, 1 Kilometer vom Wonderland-Barkomplex entfernt, 500 m vom nächsten 7/11 entfernt, Pool auf dem Dach mit perfekter Aussicht auf Hua Hin und Khao Hin Lek Fai. Hotel wurde renoviert und die Böden glänzend wie ein Spiegel.
Warmwasserversorgung stockt manchmal etwas.
