The location is very strategic. Near the hospital and shops.

Cannot open the window and the toilet ventilation is open shared with the bedroom.

We requested ground floor rooms when we booked the hotel. Chatted with the customer service person, and personally requested for the ground room floor. They approved my request and fyi i didnt booked at the very last minute. i booked way in advance. When we reached, the staff told us that they were not aware of our request. So disappointing. I have elderly with me. And the hotel do not have any lifts. We have many and heavy luggages too.
