Nobody answer calls + booking help center even doesnt answer

It feels like home; the location is great and makes travel convenient.

A bath mat and an exhaust fan should be added to the bathroom.

The apartment was quite near to the main road

I did not get the room with balcony even though we booked a room with balcony. My room had cockroaches running around at the kitchenette,inside toilet and the dustbin they provided at the kitchen was faulty.The aircon inside the bedroom is also very loud and noisy when turned on.We can't get a good night's sleep.We certainly DID NOT sleep well during the 4 nights at B house 49 bangkok. I informed the owner we will check out at 3pm on the 22nd June which the owner agreed but the owner clearly did not inform the room cleaner on this arrangement. When we came back from lunch at around 1pm,the room cleaner was inside cleaning up our apartment and had threw away my girlfriend's hair conditioner which my girlfriend had put aside to use before we check out at 3pm...this caused my girlfriend a lot of inconvenience and unhappiness.The room cleaner also did not understand basic english at all which made communication difficult. I will never ever book this apartment again!!

Better lighting, living room lights can not be brightened. Also the toilet exhaust fan is too loud

I stayed in the executive suite - the space was big and comfortable and clean. The location is excellent - very central but in a quieter and more leafy part of Bangkok. The suite had a lovely energy.

There is no lift and the executive suite is on 3rd floor, so with suitcases it can be challenging. There is no reception and no one to help you with your luggage. There was no coffee machine, despite being advertised as having a coffee machine. Wifi works sporadically. TV was not working. There are some issues that need to be addressed, which makes the value for money questionable. However, it is a lovely space and I enjoyed my time there.

⚠️ Important Communication Issues – Please Read Before Booking We arrived at the property around 9:00 pm and were unable to reach any of the property owners at all. We assumed the guest portal would provide check-in instructions, but no access information was shown. Unfortunately, the nearby 7-Eleven had sold out of SIM cards, so we could only rely on international roaming to try contacting the property via WhatsApp and Booking.com. We spent almost two hours attempting to get in, with no response. Eventually, Booking.com customer service issued us a refund, and we had to walk to a nearby property and book an emergency check-in close to 11:00 pm. The owner of that property told us we were the second group of guests experiencing the same issue. The next day, after purchasing a SIM card, we managed to call the listed number. The lady did not apologise for the inconvenience and simply provided the door codes over the phone. As we didn’t want to waste the first day of our trip rearranging accommodation, we agreed to check in on the second day. Warning to future guests: Please make sure you receive all check-in information before arrival, and be prepared to have a Thai phone number, as communication is extremely difficult otherwise. The staff was unhelpful and difficult to reach. There was no clear information provided, and I had to wait four hours to check in
