MahmoudTravelled solo · Jan 9I contacted the team to get information related to a reservation. Instead of providing the needed details directly, they kept redirecting the request to the booking team. Unfortunately, due to the short timeframe, the booking team was unable to handle it in time. This delay resulted in a loss of money and made the whole process unhelpful. Overall, the support was inefficient when quick action was required.

ChanyawatTravelled as a couple · May
WickiTravelled as a couple · May 7Ich kann es kaum beschreiben es hat uns einfach sehr gut gefallen dort.
