I have just spent 6 wonderful days at this resort . I’ve travelled for 40 years and this would be one of the best for sure . From the impeccable friendly service from ALL the staff. You can not fault them at all . Rooms were spacious and clean and for value for money, you can not beat it. Breakfast was delicious and the view of beach is amazing . Bring adults only the atmosphere is good . They have happy hour , bingo , rum tasting etc . It was also my birthday whilst I was there and provided a beautiful birthday cake . You would be mad to miss this place .
We loved our stay at Explorar, and having just stayed at their Koh Samui location, we have to admit we loved Koh Phagnan better! The layout feels much more private and the bathrooms were more spacious. Also, I give the staff and service there 5 stars— I left an expensive dress there and didn’t realize it was missing until arriving home in California. The staff promptly arranged to have my dress shipped to me when I got in contact with them and it arrived in just a few days. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and hospitality. We loved this place.
This hotel has excellent service from the staff. The first impression was immediately positive, especially from the warm and welcoming reception staff, particularly Zoe. She was kind, friendly, and provided great advice on the hotel's activities. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the swimming pool was great. Overall, I was very impressed💗

The resort is the perfect place to escape everyday life, relax, and enjoy a high standard of hospitality in a stunning setting. A special mention must go to Star at the bar, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness were outstanding. Star is not only an excellent bartender but also someone who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. His genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay and left a lasting impression. We would also like to give special recognition to the massage therapists Nuk and Nan. Both were incredibly professional, attentive, and highly skilled. The massages were deeply relaxing and of excellent quality. You can immediately tell that they are passionate about their work and genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. The treatments were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The entire team at Explorar Koh Phangan was friendly, helpful, and committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. However, Star, Nuk, and Nan deserve a special thank you for their exceptional service and professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Explorar Koh Phangan. We would be very happy to return!

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff! Beautiful pool area close to the ocean. One day we had a rum tasting of local rums with Chloe and Star. Very fun event!
This was such an amazing hotel! Beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was sooo kind and helpful and accommodating. We came with 10 girls and had such a great time!!! Highly recommend
