TichakornTravelled with family · Jan 19There was a small error with my booking, but the owner took full responsibility and was very helpful. We were very happy with our stay. The house was excellent, new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very nice, though they sometimes entered without ringing the bell first (probably because we had already arranged the time). Still, it would have been better if they rang the bell beforehand.
There is one thing I’d like to inform the owner about, as I believe they might not be aware of it. On the checkout day, a senior-looking housekeeper came to check the house. On the table, I had three small bottles of water that I planned to take with me for the ride. The housekeeper picked up those bottles, and I asked politely if I could keep them. She immediately replied, “I’ll have to take these back, as we already provide a lot of water for you every day. Normally, we don’t give this much.” I assumed that the extra water might have been a special arrangement because of the booking error, so I didn’t mind letting her take them back. However, I felt a little uncomfortable because of the way she refused it was very direct, almost like a reproach, without any apology or polite tone to ask for understanding. Of course, three small bottles of water aren’t worth much, but if given as a small gesture, it would have created a much better impression. I wasn’t angry and I do understand her reasoning. I just think that if I were the owner, I wouldn’t hesitate to let the guest keep those three bottles for goodwill.

มีแค่ห้องพัก ชั้น 2ไม่สามารถเดินขึ้นห้องได้จากห้องนั่งเล่น ต้องผ่านสระน้ำ ขึ้นจากบันไดข้างนอก

Ali OTravelled with family · Nov 29نحن عائله من 5 افراد والفيلا فيها 6 غرف .كانت الفيلا واسعه جدا والغرف كبيره ودورات المياه كبيره وفيها جاكوزي مع مسبح كبير ومطبخ متكامل وصاله كبيره والعاب لم ينقص الا غسالة الصحون ..كانت الموظفه متعاونه معنا دائما ومن الممكن الدخول لفندق الموفنبك والتجول بالشاطئ الخاص به ولكن الفيلا نفسها خلف الفندق ولا تطل على الشاطئ ولكن تابعه له في نفس المدخل.يوجد سفن إلفن قريب . لم ناخذ حجزنا مع الفطور .
ممكن العيب الوحيد انها تبعد عن باتايا 22 دقيقه بالسياره.
