Felt very safe in the area and staff on the door 24/7 was a plus. Clean bathroom and comfy large beds. Would have liked to have tried the breakfast but coffee shop in the hotel was ideal although slightly expensive.

La zona de alrededor era un poco peculiar pero muy céntrica así que merece la pena!

La experiencia en general fue bastante mejorable. Algunas de las habitaciones son bastante ruidosas, ya que dan a una calle con mucho tráfico durante prácticamente todo el día. El baño está equipado con lo justo y, además, solo proporcionan toallas de ducha, sin ninguna toalla de mano para el lavabo. Respecto al personal, en general son amables, aunque tuvimos una experiencia bastante desagradable durante el check-out. Justo después de dejar la habitación, el personal de limpieza avisó a recepción de que supuestamente faltaba una toalla. Fueron tan insistentes con esta acusación que tuvimos que volver a subir nosotros mismos a la habitación y bajar las toallas para que pudieran comprobar que estaban todas. Nos pareció una situación muy incómoda, innecesaria y poco profesional. Después de esto, también nos preguntaron si en la habitación triple habíamos estado cuatro personas, algo que no era cierto. Este tipo de acusaciones, además de no tener ningún sentido en nuestro caso, generan una sensación muy desagradable y hacen que la experiencia con el alojamiento termine de una manera bastante negativa. En cuanto al desayuno, nos pareció que había poca variedad. Además, uno de los días encontramos pequeños bichos en la zona de los productos dulces, algo que evidentemente no resulta agradable y que debería revisarse. En definitiva, hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar considerablemente.
Monica JohannaTravelled as a couple · Oct 7Het hotel is gezellig ingericht, fijne warme sfeer. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en bed is zeer goed. Ontbijt goed, niet al te uitgebreid maar wel dat wat nodig is en zowel Thais als westers. De ligging is als je zoals wij de buurt heel goed kent prima omdat je binnen enkele minuten lopen op Yaowarat road (midden in China town) staat. Andere kant om t hotel uit lopen brengt je binnen paar minuten naar het metro station. De straat zelf ligt wat afgelegen maar veilige omgeving. Prijs kwaliteit vinden wij daarom echt een buitenkans. Wij kwamen al om 12 uur aan maar mochten meteen op de kamer.
