For a grand hotel, there are only 4 chairs in the smoking area, and it isn't even sheltered from the rain—IT'S UNACCEPTABLE 😡

光男Travelled as a couple · Oct 8無し！ただ ミャンマーのクリーニングスタッフの笑顔が 不愉快な宿泊から 少しは 救ってくれたかも！
インド人のグループ 全体600人ほどの団体が1週間ほど スカイウィング棟（狭いタワー棟 24階)に宿泊し バス十数台で出入りをくりかえした！朝食場は 大きなボールルームを特別会場にセット！毎朝 ７時~10時の間 エレベーターで1階に降りるのに 特に中層階15階あたりから下の可哀想な人達（全てインド)は 約１時間近く 待たされていた！私も被害者！各階にに20人近く待ちぼうけが続き 何とか 何回か？2~30分待ちで18階から1人乗り込めたが 小生更に15階以下の人達ほぼインド人の宿泊者が 上から満杯のエレベーター（３基)にいくら待っても乗れない！満杯各階止まりが 各階でドアが開く度にインド人とインド人の言い争いが起きた！満杯な人たちと待ちくたびれた人たちが ケンカする話じゃないけど 『1時間も待たせれている！』と叫んでいた。 誰が 悪いのか？大変な数の団体客をもうけ主義で引受けて 朝食の時間調整もせず 宿泊客まかせのラッシュを引き起こし インド人の人達も ショックを受けただろうし そのラッシュに巻き込まれた他の宿泊者たちも 子供連れの家族もいたが 可哀想な被害者となった。誰かの責任だろうが??? 予約前に『5~600人』という団体客を受けているホテルという事前情報は 知り得ない!? この不愉快かつ不便な宿泊を誰か？ 償ってもらえないだろうか!? なかなか口コミ情報だけで 判別できない難しい問題がある。ただ 今回は 自分の予約のミステークとあきらめざるをえないが 同じような”被害”を受ける被害者が出ないよう 参考情報になれば………と願う！出来れば『団体客』を受け入れているホテルか否か！事前にキャッチしたいものだ！
